eBill New User Instructions

Please read the following registration instructions

You will need your Bernard Telephone & Communictions bill to register. To begin, click on the Continue button (above) and then click on Register Now.

You will now be asked to fill out you new account information. Once completed, click ENROLL.

You will now add your Bernard Telephone & Communications account information.
  – Enter in your 1-4 digit Account Number (without the leading zeros).
  – Check if you would like to go paperless with your billing statements.
  – Agree to the Payment Authorization Terms.
  – Click ADD ACCOUNT.

You can now continue the process of making payments or setting up auto payments.
